The artwork on this bag is from a 1920 cover of the Mexican magazine “Revista de Revistas” & was illustrated by Ernesto Garcia Cabral. I had it saved for a few months and knew I wanted to embroider it on something, but it didn’t feel quite right for a sweater. I ended up getting connected with a really great bag supplier, and when I got this blank duffel as a sample, I knew exactly what design I wanted to put on it.

I actually gave away the original first bag pictured here, but I really love it, and want more of them living out in the world. My plan as of now is to produce 5 of these in total, then never sell them again.
