This sort of feels like a product of being terminally online but I was playing around making line art conversions in illustrator when I had the idea to throw them together on a piece and see what would happen.
MKUltra was a CIA program in the 50s/60s that primarily focused on seeing if it was possible to weaponize mind control through the use of hallucinogenics. It failed, and they did a lot of pretty awful stuff in the process of it. It’s also a fascinating example of the insane things the CIA was doing during that time period & for better or worse lives on as a common reference for many modern day government conspiracy theorists. I felt like the man with the computer sort of looks like he’s controlling something through his motions & I liked the cow a lot, which is what led to cow control. Anyway thanks for coming to my TED talk.
